I have always been active & fit and hope to be an example that as we age we can just keep on improving and getting better. I want to show women at any age they can accomplish the goals they set for themselves!

I earned my IFBB Pro status at the age of 46 at the North Americans in 2013 and was planning on making my Pro debut in 2014 but was set back by a back injury that required surgery in April 2014. I was back to training the moment I was given the green light from my doctor and was able to recover and be back on stage in May of 2015 and compete in Denver at the Mile High for my pro debut. It was such a great experience and thrilled to be able to compete as an IFBB pro. The journey has been very exciting – and at times mentally and physically tough. I have learned so much since first stepping foot on that competitive stage in 2009 in the figure division.

My goals are to inspire others to live a fit healthy life style. My husband and I opened up a small studio gym called Rhino Fit Studios here in the Portland metro area. We opened it with the vision to attract quality trainers to have a place to call home!! We want to give back to the sport of bodybuilding. Help others be able to accomplish their dreams and goals whether it is to loose some weight or to step on that competitive stage!!
