Tracy Hess

Tracy Hess has been in the fitness industry for over 27 years. As a fitness trainer, Tracy motivates and educates her clients to stay healthy and strong. In 2004, Tracy was awarded the prestigious Top Trainer Award from Style Magazine. Through her own fitness journey, Tracy learned the importance of receiving the right guidance and knowledge of diet and exercise to achieve your personal fitness goals.

Tracy started her career in body building in 1998. Through diet, discipline, training and valuable guidance from veterans in the sport, she has various first place and top overall finishes on her resume. By 2005, Tracy established a strong reputation in the sport, which drew attention from the National Physic Committee (NPC). The NPC recruited Tracy to be a judge for their shows, a position in which she still holds today.

In 2013, Tracy made the transition from competing in body building to women’s physique. A switch that has transcended her career. Tracy earned her International Federation of Body Building (IFBB) Pro Card at the 2013 North Americas held in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Upon achieving her IFBB Pro Card, the most coveted achievement in the sport, Tracy created her own competition team called the T-zone divas & gents. With extensive experience as a competitor and a judge, Tracy knows where her clients need to be physically and how to get there. The T-zone divas & gents is Tracy’s way to give back to the sport and help those that aspire to compete in local, regional and national shows.
