War Hammer Shipping & Exchange Policy


Typical delivery time is 4-6 business days Monday to Friday. PLEASE NOTE that signatures are not required for deliveries, therefore if there is no one to accept the delivery at the shipping address you provided, it will be left at the door. We are not responsible for missing, lost, or stolen packages- if the tracking shows delivered it is no longer our responsibility. Please track your package, note the delivery date, and be present at your shipping address to accept your package. Extra shipping charges will be incurred if your order is undeliverable and returned back to our warehouse. You are responsible for providing us the proper shipping address. Shipment re-routing is prohibited and such shipments will be returned to our warehouse. You will be credited the amount for the goods, minus the actual shipping charge incurred.


Send us an email and tell us the reason you want to exchange or if there is a manufacturing defect- we will give you a verbal or emailed return authorization then simply send it back to us within 7 days of purchase or an exchange for different sizing- we do not refund purchase prices or shipping. Your articles need to be unused and unwashed and folded in the original packaging. Obviously you’re allowed to try them on for size first.  We want you to be happy with your shopping experience with us and will do everything to ensure that.
