Loving life in Toronto Canada
I started training at the age of 15. I won my first Bodybuilding show at the age of 16. At that point in my life I knew fitness was going to be a huge part of my life. I set out to get my Fitness instructors certification to allow me to teach aerobic classes. 1 yr later I set out to get my registered fitness appraiser certification and personal training certification which also allowed me to perform fit test and set programs as well as train clients one on one.
I continued bodybuilding to win the provincials and nationals in the junior circuit, then moved on to the senior circuit to move up the bodybuilding ladder. I placed 3rd in the 1995 North Americans.
After 1995 I took a small retirement from bodybuilding to pursue my business and career as a sports therapist and open up my own training studio (www.thetravellingtrainer.com). Even though I had a full career and personal life I still felt the need to pursue my pro card and I wasn't finished with the stage or the sport of bodybuilding. In 2011, I came back to compete in the North Americans at a body weight of 135 ripped on stage. I kept adding muscle on each year and in 2014 attained my pro card at the North Americans with a bodyweight of 160lbs.
